Core Responsibilities & Impact

As an English Teacher at Headway Institute, you will be the primary architect of student growth. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Strategic Lesson Architecture: Developing robust lesson plans that align precisely with curriculum goals, ensuring relevance for both collective groups and individual learners.

• Adaptive Delivery: Employing a variety of instructional methodologies tailored to the specific academic level and unique needs of each student cohort.

• Environment Stewardship: Cultivating a flexible, safe, and high-energy classroom atmosphere that serves as an optimal foundation for learning.

• Facilitating Autonomy: Balancing direct instruction with strategies that encourage independent task completion and effective peer-to-peer collaboration.

• Performance Analytics: Rigorously tracking student progress and being prepared to pivot instructional methods to bridge any learning gaps.

• Academic Record Keeping: Maintaining precise documentation regarding attendance, grading, and assessments in line with institutional standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Must be a Native English Speaker .

• Credentials: A recognized Teaching Diploma (CELTA, DELTA, PGCE, or equivalent).

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.

• Residency: Must currently reside in Dubai on your own UAE residence visa .

• Availability: Ready to work during morning and daytime hours.

• Bonus: A valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
