In this role, you will be the guardian of our students’ linguistic and analytical growth. As a temporary yet vital member of our team, you will ensure a seamless transition for our high school students, maintaining our commitment to academic excellence and best teaching practices. Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging and rigorous English Language Arts lessons aligned with American Curriculum standards for High School students.

• Student Engagement: Utilize creative instructional strategies to motivate students and accommodate diverse learning styles within the classroom.

• Assessment & Feedback: Implement continuous assessment practices to track student progress, providing constructive feedback that encourages intellectual growth.

• Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that fosters respect and academic focus.

• Professional Collaboration: Coordinate with the English department and school leadership to ensure consistency in educational delivery and student support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (English) or a highly relevant subject area, supplemented by a recognized professional teaching qualification.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of High School teaching experience, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the American Curriculum.

• Language Proficiency: For non-native English speakers, a valid IELTS score of 7.0 or above is mandatory.

• Personal Attributes: Must be creative, highly organized, and deeply committed to modern, student-centered teaching methodologies.

• Location: Ability to work on-site in Al Ain, UAE.
