Job Description: English Language Lecturer (Morning Sessions)

We are looking for a professional who can deliver high-quality instruction to a diverse demographic of international students and working professionals.


Core Responsibilities & Impact

As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for:

  • Versatile Instruction: Delivering General English across all proficiency levels, alongside specialized English for Specific Purposes (ESP) , including Academic and Business English.

  • Curriculum Management: Preparing comprehensive coursework, assignments, and classroom materials that align with student goals.

  • Results-Oriented Teaching: Utilizing proven methodologies to help students achieve specific target scores and learning outcomes.

  • Student Support: Providing a balanced approach to language systems and skills, fostering learner autonomy, and maintaining a vibrant, engaging classroom atmosphere.

  • Assessment & Feedback: Conducting consistent student evaluations and providing timely, constructive feedback to ensure measurable progress.

  • Administrative Diligence: Maintaining accurate registers, tracking attendance, and preparing detailed progress and end-of-course reports.

  • Collaboration: Liaising with the Academic Manager and fellow faculty to participate in program reviews, evaluations, and campus-wide initiatives.


Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic credential.

  • Certification: Must be TEFL qualified (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA).

  • Experience: Proven teaching experience within the UAE.

  • Communication: Fluent English speaker with a deep understanding of linguistic systems (spoken and written).

  • Schedule: Ability to commit to a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM .

  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Dubai International Academic City (DIAC).
