In this role, you aren’t just an engineer; you are a strategic consultant and hands-on builder. You will work with the UAE’s most influential organizations to design, build, and govern AI at scale. From deploying predictive fraud detection models to architecting sophisticated multi-agent GenAI systems using LangGraph and CrewAI, you will ensure that AI “makes sense” for business. Your Technical & Consultative Mission

Agentic & Generative AI Innovation

• Agentic Frameworks: Design and deploy autonomous agents using LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex, moving beyond simple chat to goal-oriented AI.

• Custom RAG Systems: Build sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and custom chatbots tailored to enterprise data.

• Predictive Excellence: Deploy classic ML models for high-stakes use cases like churn prediction, demand forecasting, and risk management.

Application Engineering & MLOps

• Production Deployment: Build and serve models via FastAPI or Flask, ensuring they are containerized with Docker and orchestrated via Kubernetes.

• Governance & Security: Implement “secure-by-design” practices, managing secrets, authentication, and model governance within the DataRobot ecosystem.

• Hybrid Cloud: Manage deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability and high availability for mission-critical apps.

Strategic Client Partnership

• Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with C-level executives and technical leads to identify high-impact use cases and define ROI metrics.

• Technical Communication: Translate complex algorithmic concepts into clear business value, serving as the subject matter expert on MLOps best practices.

What You Bring to DataRobot

• Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development with a track record of production deployments.

• Education: Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, pandas, scikit-learn, and modern LLM frameworks.

• Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 40%).
