Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Excellence: Consistently plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to a wide range of learning needs and styles.

• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with grade-level teams to share best practices, develop creative units of study, and ensure a cohesive learning journey for all students.

• Student-Centered Environment: Create a classroom culture that is inclusive, safe, and nurturing, reflecting the school’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

• Assessment & Growth: Utilize data and observations to track student progress, providing meaningful feedback and differentiating instruction to ensure academic and social-emotional growth.

• Parental Partnership: Maintain excellent interpersonal communication with parents, fostering a strong home-school connection.

• Professional Development: Actively participate in the school’s professional learning community and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.

• Teaching Credentials: A certified teaching qualification such as B.Ed, M.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or an equivalent state/national license.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful full-time teaching experience in an elementary setting.

• IT Skills: Excellent proficiency in educational technology to enhance learning and communication.

• Personal Attributes: A creative, enthusiastic, and flexible approach; a strong team player who is committed to the welfare and safeguarding of students.

• International Experience: Previous experience in a diverse, international school environment is highly desirable.
