Are you a Revit power-user who can navigate complex MEP systems in a digital environment? Implement Engineering Consultants LLC is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Engineer / Modeler to join our Abu Dhabi headquarters. Since 2007, we have been at the forefront of high-performance building design, and we need a professional who can bring our MEP visions to life through sophisticated 3D modeling and coordination.

In this role, you won’t just be “drawing pipes and wires”—you will be the digital architect of our building services. You will be responsible for creating high-fidelity BIM models that optimize energy use and indoor air quality, ensuring that every mechanical duct and electrical tray fits perfectly within the civil and architectural constraints. If you have an eye for clash detection and a passion for automation in Revit, this is your opportunity to work on prestigious GCC-wide projects.

Core Responsibilities

• High-Fidelity Modeling: Develop comprehensive BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems using Revit, ensuring adherence to project LOD (Level of Development) requirements.

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead the clash detection process using Navisworks to identify and resolve interferences between MEP, Architectural, and Structural elements before they reach the site.

• Family Creation: Produce and edit parametric BIM families tailored to project-specific equipment and fixtures.

• Electrical Engineering Support: (For Electrical focus) Generate panel board schedules, load calculations, and ensure all electrical modeling complies with Abu Dhabi distribution standards (ADDC).

• Automation & Efficiency: Utilize advanced BIM tools and scripts (Dynamo/Python) to automate repetitive modeling tasks and streamline the production of construction drawings.

• Standards Compliance: Ensure all models and documentation meet local regulations, including Estidama and LEED sustainability requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• BIM Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.

• GCC Experience: Proven track record of working on multidisciplinary projects in the GCC region, with a strong preference for experience within the Abu Dhabi Emirate.

• MEP Knowledge: Deep understanding of Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) or Electrical systems and the ability to interpret complex construction drawings.

• Soft Skills: Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across architectural and civil engineering teams.
