Job Description: Dubai Room Attendant
IIQAF , on behalf of a leading hospitality group, is looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Room Attendant to join a high-performing housekeeping team in Dubai. This role is essential to the guest experience, ensuring that every room serves as a pristine sanctuary that reflects the luxury standards of Dubai’s hospitality sector.
As a Room Attendant, your work is the foundation of guest satisfaction. You will go beyond standard cleaning, acting as a detail-oriented professional who anticipates guest needs through thoughtful restocking and impeccable room presentation. Key Responsibilities

Excellence in Cleanliness: Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting all surfaces to the highest hygiene standards.

Bed Making & Linen Care: Change bed linens and towels daily, ensuring crisp presentation and following the hotel’s specific folding and placement protocols.

Supply Management: Monitor and restock guest amenities (toiletries, coffee, mini-bar) and cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages to the floor supervisor.

Guest Interaction: Handle guest requests with a warm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills to ensure a personalized stay.

Maintenance Reporting: Proactively identify and report any technical issues (leaky faucets, burnt-out bulbs, or damaged furniture) to the engineering department.

Efficiency & Timing: Manage your assigned room quota effectively to ensure all rooms are ready for check-in on schedule.
Candidate Profile & Requirements

Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for spots, dust, or displaced items that others might miss.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English to interact with guests and coordinate with the housekeeping team.

Physical Stamina: The ability to move, lift, and remain active throughout a full shift in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and committed to a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.

Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or cleaning service environment is an advantage but not mandatory if you have a strong work ethic.
