In this role, you will be the eye behind our digital presence. We aren’t looking for a traditional film crew; we want someone who can use a smartphone to capture high-impact, “Behind-the-Scenes” (BTS) moments, sleek transitions, and the massive scale of Dubai’s real estate evolution. If you have a knack for trending audio, vertical storytelling, and the ability to find beauty in steel and stone, this role offers you a front-row seat to some of the city’s most ambitious construction events.

Key Responsibilities

• Vertical Content Production: Film and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Stories that showcase project milestones and team culture.

• On-Site Coverage: Attend construction sites and corporate events to capture authentic, real-time “Behind-the-Scenes” content.

• Visual Strategy: Identify unique angles and “satisfying” construction processes (e.g., concrete pours, architectural reveals) to engage our growing audience.

• Mobile Editing: Utilize mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.) to produce polished content with quick turnaround times.

• Brand Narrative: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with MIRA’s reputation for excellence and innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Social Media Savvy: Strong familiarity with vertical video trends, transitions, and social media platform algorithms.

• Technical Skill: Expert-level filming skills using a smartphone (iPhone/Android) and a basic understanding of mobile editing.

• Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the Construction and Real Estate industry is a plus.

• Reliability: Ability to be present on-site during events and key project phases.

• Growth Mindset: Motivated to help the brand grow with the potential for this role to transition into a full-time position.
