Job Description: DOH Male Nurse (Camp-Based)

Are you a proactive and resilient nursing professional ready for a dynamic assignment in the UAE’s industrial heartland? Hanover BNT Medical Services is seeking a dedicated Male DOH-Registered Nurse to manage the health and safety of our workforce at a camp-based facility in Ruwais .

In this critical occupational health role, you will be the primary point of medical contact for camp residents. You will manage everything from routine health screenings and minor injuries to emergency response, ensuring that the workforce remains healthy, safe, and productive. This role requires a nurse who can work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain the high regulatory standards set by the Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi .

Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Primary Clinical Care: Provide on-site nursing care, including assessments, wound care, and the administration of treatments within a camp environment.

• Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for medical emergencies, stabilizing patients and coordinating transfers to higher-level facilities when necessary.

• Occupational Health: Monitor worker health, manage illness outbreaks, and promote hygiene and safety standards across the camp.

• Health Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with DOH regulations and company policy.

• Health Education: Conduct basic health and safety orientations for workers to prevent industrial injuries and promote general well-being.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male (Strictly required due to the specific residential camp environment).

• Licensure: Must possess a valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse License .

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is preferred.

• Advantage: Prior experience in an industrial, camp, or occupational health setting is highly valued.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Availability: Must be ready for immediate deployment to Ruwais.
