Job Duties

• Act as a dedicated Guest Experience Expert by facilitating seamless arrivals, departures, and personalized stay enhancements.

• Take proactive initiative to identify and fulfill guest needs, transforming standard transactions into memorable hospitality moments.

• Serve as a local area ambassador, sharing expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s highlights, attractions, and cultural landmarks.

• Coordinate diverse guest requests, from operational necessities to bespoke concierge arrangements, with speed and precision.

• Complete essential shift reports and documentation to ensure service continuity across the front-of-house team.

• Maintain the high quality standards of the St. Regis brand, ensuring a sophisticated and anticipatory service environment.

• Support a safe and secure workplace by strictly following Marriott International’s safety and confidentiality protocols.

• Assist with the movement and placement of guest items or operational supplies (up to 10 pounds) as required.

Requirements

• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and grooming consistent with luxury hospitality standards.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with an international and high-profile clientele.

• Exhibit the physical stamina to stand, walk, or move about the lobby and concierge space for extended periods.

• Apply a “hands-on” approach to problem-solving, with the empowerment to resolve guest issues independently.

• Navigate basic computer systems to process guest information, complete reports, and manage service requests.

• Protect company assets and maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding guest information and internal business.

• Commit to a flexible part-time schedule as required by the hotel’s operational needs and occupancy levels.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Demonstrate a “vanguard spirit” and an interest in luxury service; while no prior experience is required, a passion for the St. Regis brand is essential.

• Possess a gracious and sophisticated personality that aligns with modern luxury sensibilities.

• Evidence an eagerness to learn and grow within the global Marriott International portfolio.
