Your Technical & Innovation Mission

Intelligent Process Automation

• Workflow Re-engineering: Analyze existing advisory and operational workflows to identify manual bottlenecks, replacing them with AI-powered automation scripts and autonomous agents.

• Bot Development: Design and deploy specialized bots for tasks ranging from real-time sentiment analysis of crypto social feeds to automated reporting and data extraction from blockchain explorers.

• Predictive Insights: Build and refine ML models that provide predictive analysis on token volatility, liquidity shifts, and emerging “smart money” trends.

Crypto-Specific AI Solutions

• On-Chain Intelligence: Integrate AI technologies to scan smart contracts and transaction histories, enhancing the firm’s ability to detect fraud, wash trading, or potential exploits.

• Model Deployment: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models—from training in PyTorch or TensorFlow to production-grade deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

• Cross-Functional Customization: Work with the Advisory and GIS/Data teams to tailor automation solutions that align with specific crypto-consulting deliverables.

Risk, Compliance & Strategy

• Security Protocols: Ensure all automated bots and data pipelines adhere to strict security protocols, protecting sensitive firm and client data in the pseudonymous crypto landscape.

• Tech Scouting: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), recommending new automation tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or Nansen AI) to keep IBC Group ahead of the curve.

• Documentation & Mentorship: Maintain clear, high-quality documentation and lead training sessions to upskill non-technical team members on new AI tools.

What You Bring to IBC Group

• Proven Experience: Significant experience in coding with a portfolio that highlights projects at the intersection of AI and Cryptocurrency.

• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python (primary) and a strong command of ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Crypto Savvy: Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.

• Problem Solver: A “solution-first” approach to debugging complex, real-time data systems.
