In this position, you will be responsible for the “total solution”—from drafting the initial architectural shop drawings to supervising the physical execution of interior works. You will act as the technical backbone of our projects, ensuring that every detail of the design is translated into reality with structural integrity and aesthetic precision. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Supervise the AutoCAD team and personally prepare detailed shop drawings, sections, and elevations for interior fit-out projects.

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all civil and interior works are executed according to the approved drawings and specifications.

• Technical Coordination: Bridge the gap between the design office and site teams, resolving technical clashes and providing immediate on-site solutions.

• Contract Administration: Assist in managing project timelines, resource allocation, and contract documentation to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

• Quality & Safety: Maintain rigorous quality control standards and ensure all site activities comply with Abu Dhabi’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to provide progress updates and coordinate material deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.

• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

• Experience: Proven experience in site supervision, preferably within the interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE.

• Contractual Knowledge: Familiarity with contract administration and project documentation is a significant advantage.

• Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is highly advantageous for visiting various project sites across Abu Dhabi.

• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
