Job Description: Civil Engineer (Tagalog Speaker)

Naghahanap ba kayo ng bagong oportunidad sa Abu Dhabi? City Plaza General Maintenance and Real Estate Management L.L.C. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer who is fluent in Tagalog to join our team in the UAE.

In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our technical plans and the actual site execution. We need someone who can not only speak the language of engineering but also effectively lead our Tagalog-speaking workforce and coordinate with diverse site teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project—from general maintenance to real estate development—is completed safely, on time, and strictly following the approved blueprints.

Inyong mga Pangunahing Responsibilidad (Key Responsibilities)

Site Supervision at Management

• Site Leadership: Pamamahala sa mga pang-araw-araw na aktibidad sa construction site at pagsisigurong maayos ang daloy ng trabaho.

• Drawing Compliance: Siguraduhin na ang lahat ng gawa ay tugma sa mga Approved Drawings at teknikal na espesipikasyon.

• Quality & Safety: Mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng quality control at safety protocols para maiwasan ang anumang aksidente o “back jobs.”

Project Coordination at Documentation

• Project Monitoring: Pag-plano at pag-monitor sa timeline ng proyekto para maiwasan ang delays.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga consultants, contractors, at suppliers para sa mga materyales at approvals.

• Technical Paperwork: Paghahanda ng mga progress reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), at iba pang kailangang dokumentasyon para sa project management.

Mga Kinakailangan (Requirements)

• Edukasyon: Bachelor’s Degree sa Civil Engineering.

• Kasanayan: Malalim na kaalaman sa site supervision at project coordination.

• Komunikasyon: Mahusay mag-Tagalog at Ingles para sa epektibong pakikipag-usap sa mga trabahador at management.

• Problema at Solusyon: Marunong mag-isip ng mabilis na solusyon sa mga isyu sa site.

• Availability: Mas malaki ang pagkakataon kung makakasama sa amin agad (Immediate Joiner).
