Key Responsibilities

• Child Supervision & Care: Provide constant, attentive supervision to children within the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing atmosphere.

• Daily Routine Management: Assist children with essential daily activities, including feeding, diaper changes, and maintaining personal hygiene.

• Emotional Support: Offer comfort and emotional guidance to help children build confidence and feel secure in a group setting.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow the nursery’s established safety guidelines and emergency protocols to prevent accidents.

• Environment Maintenance: Keep the nursery, play areas, and feeding zones clean, sanitized, and well-organized throughout the day.

• Activity Assistance: Support lead teachers in executing age-appropriate play and educational activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality Preference: Indian and Nepali candidates are preferred (per client request).

• Experience: Proven experience in childcare, ideally within a nursery or school environment.
