Are you a compassionate individual dedicated to improving the daily lives of those in need? My Health is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our home health and community support team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is the heartbeat of patient support, focusing on the “Activities of Daily Living” (ADLs) that allow individuals to maintain their dignity and independence. As a Caregiver, you are more than just a support provider; you are a companion, a coordinator, and a vital link between the patient and their medical care plan. You will work across diverse settings, ensuring that patients remain safe, comfortable, and socially engaged within their community.

Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Daily Living Support: Provide essential assistance with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Medical Coordination: Manage medication schedules as prescribed and communicate effectively with medical professionals regarding the patient’s status and care plan.

• Mobility & Logistics: Accompany patients to critical medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community events, ensuring safe transportation and navigation.

• Nutrition & Household Care: Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, including light housekeeping and laundry.

• Companionship & Socialization: Encourage active participation in community activities and provide meaningful social interaction to prevent isolation.

• Environmental Safety: Ensure the home or group setting is free of hazards and tailored to the patient’s physical needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Attributes: High level of empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Experience: Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or home health is highly preferred.

• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both patients and healthcare providers.

• Versatility: Readiness to provide care in various environments, including private homes, group homes, and day service programs.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with patient transfers and perform household tasks.
