Job Description: Cabin Crew (UAE-Based)

Air Arabia PJSC, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier, is heading to Casablanca, Morocco for an exclusive Recruitment Drive! We are looking for vibrant, safety-conscious, and service-oriented individuals to join our Sharjah-based team as Cabin Crew.

As an Air Arabia Cabin Crew member, you are more than just a flight attendant; you are our premier brand ambassador. You will be responsible for creating a “home away from home” atmosphere for our passengers, ensuring their safety is never compromised while delivering the award-winning service that defines our airline. Key Result Responsibilities

• Safety & Security: Instruct passengers on safety procedures, conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks, and administer first aid when necessary. Partner with the Flight Crew to mitigate risks in accordance with GCAA/CAA standards.

• Exceptional Service: Provide a warm welcome and personalized assistance to passengers throughout the flight cycle, including assisting with boarding and managing individual pre-bookings.

• Revenue & Charity: Drive on-board sales of meals and duty-free products to meet individual and team targets, while promoting the “Charity Cloud” program to support global communities.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the aircraft cabin is pristine at transit stations and manage secure cash/credit card transactions. Complete post-flight assessment reports and logbook entries with high accuracy.

• Continuous Growth: Maintain peak professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent emergency procedure trainings and educational workshops to keep your license current.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Age: 20 to 32 years.

• Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female) | 170 cm (Male).

• Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.

• Appearance: Clear skin with no tattoos or marks visible while wearing the Air Arabia uniform.

• Health: Medically and physically fit to perform crew duties; must be able to swim with the aid of a flotation device.

• Education: Minimum of Higher Secondary Certificate (High School); a Diploma in Travel/Tourism or Aviation is a plus.

• Language: Fluent in Written and Spoken English. Proficiency in Arabic or French is highly advantageous for this specific recruitment drive.
