Job Description: Business Applications Specialist (Zoho One)

Are you a Zoho power-user with a knack for turning manual processes into sleek, automated workflows? Grosvenor Pools, a premier British-managed swimming pool construction and maintenance firm in Dubai, is looking for an in-house Zoho Specialist to anchor our digital operations.

As we enter a significant growth phase, we are moving beyond basic usage to a fully integrated Zoho One ecosystem. You won’t just be “using” the software; you will be the architect of our operating system—connecting CRM leads to Books for invoicing, and Creator for bespoke project management. If you are a Deluge scripting wizard who enjoys seeing their code solve real-world logistical challenges, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Customization: Tailor and manage the Zoho One Suite, specifically focusing on CRM (Sales), Books (Finance), Billing (Subscriptions), and Creator (Custom Apps).

• Workflow Automation: Build smart, time-saving automations and workflows that reduce manual data entry across the construction and maintenance departments.

• Deluge Scripting: Write and maintain custom Deluge scripts to bridge gaps between apps and handle complex business logic.

• Third-Party Integration: Connect Zoho with external platforms like Stripe for payments and Zuper for field service management to ensure a seamless “Quote-to-Cash” process.

• Digital Presence: Implement SEO best practices and manage content updates across Zoho Sites and Zoho Commerce.

• Data Intelligence: Create real-time dashboards and custom reports to give leadership visibility into project margins and maintenance schedules.

• IT Support: Provide light IT troubleshooting, software setup, and hardware support for the Arjan-based team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with the Zoho One Suite.

• Technical Skills: * Mastery of Deluge scripting (Zoho’s proprietary language).

  • Proven ability to build custom applications in Zoho Creator.

  • Solid understanding of SEO and web management via Zoho Sites.

• Functional Knowledge: A deep understanding of both the capabilities and the technical limitations of individual Zoho apps to ensure scalable system design.

• Problem Solving: A proactive mindset—someone who identifies a bottleneck and builds a digital solution before being asked.
