FTS Lifecare Contracting LLC is seeking a high-energy and results-oriented Business Development Associate to drive our growth in the Sharjah and wider UAE market. As a specialist in cleanroom environments and high-spec contracting, we are looking for a professional who can effectively communicate our technical value to potential clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and engineering sectors.

In this key role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, initiating the first point of contact, and nurturing those leads into long-term strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Lead Generation: Execute targeted cold-calling campaigns and outreach initiatives to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

• Relationship Management: Actively follow up with prospects to build rapport, nurture relationships, and move leads through the sales funnel toward closure.

• Client Consultation: Coordinate directly with potential clients to assess their specific facility needs and present tailored contracting solutions that align with their operational goals.

• Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and provide comprehensive reports to senior management on lead conversion and market trends.

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and organizational efficiency throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, specifically within the Engineering, Construction, or Cleanroom sectors.

• Skills: * Exceptional verbal and written communication.
