This role is a strategic pillar in our growth, specifically focused on expanding our footprint in the specialized cleanroom and lifecare infrastructure market.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the “first point of contact” for potential clients, acting as an ambassador for our technical expertise. You will navigate the complex landscape of engineering procurement, moving from initial cold outreach to closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Execute aggressive cold calling and digital outreach strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities within the UAE healthcare and industrial sectors.

• Relationship Management: Actively follow up with leads and prospects, nurturing relationships from initial interest through to the final contract stage.

• Technical Consultation: Coordinate closely with clients to diagnose their infrastructure needs and collaborate with our engineering team to provide tailored technical solutions.

• Lead Tracking & Reporting: Utilize CRM tools to track business development activities and submit comprehensive performance reports to senior management.

• Strategic Networking: Represent FTS Lifecare at industry events and project meetings to build a robust pipeline of engineering and construction tenders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in business development. Experience within the Engineering, Construction, or Cleanroom sectors is highly preferred.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and creative thinking skills to manage multiple project leads simultaneously.
