Job Description: Business Analyst – Application Delivery & Go-Live Readiness
Arctiq, a global leader in professional IT and managed services, is seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst to support a critical client engagement in the Hospitality Technology sector. This role is a 6-month contract (with potential for extension) designed for a professional who thrives in the “final mile” of technology delivery—ensuring that complex systems are not just built, but are operationally ready for live environments.
In this position, you will be the architect of readiness. You will bridge the gap between technical vendors, Project Managers, and the onsite operational teams at luxury hospitality properties. Your mission is to ensure that every requirement is documented, every risk is mitigated, and every stakeholder is prepared for the “Go-Live” moment. Key Responsibilities

Go-Live Readiness: Act as the central coordination lead to ensure all documentation, approvals, and prerequisites are finalized before system cutover.

Requirements Engineering: Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for hospitality system initiatives.

Artifact Development: Produce high-quality project documentation, including process maps, system configuration designs, and operational handover materials.

UAT & Testing Support: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all outcomes are documented, defects are tracked, and formal sign-offs are obtained.

Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead workshops to validate scope, confirm business impact, and assess the readiness of operational teams for system changes.

Vendor Coordination: Review vendor deliverables against agreed-upon scope and quality standards to ensure solution alignment.

Release Planning: Coordinate deployment documentation, cutover activities, and stakeholder communications during the transition to live operations.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Business Analyst or Application Support role. Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite; experience with project management tools and system implementation lifecycles.

Documentation Mastery: Proven ability to create clear, structured, and auditable project artifacts and workflows.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah at least 3 days per week.

Attributes: Highly organized with a delivery-focused mindset and excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
