Job Duties

• Engage Exhibition Visitors: Proactively approach and welcome attendees at events and exhibitions to introduce featured brands.

• Deliver Brand Messaging: Communicate key product features and brand values clearly and persuasively to potential customers.

• Lead Generation: Collect contact information and inquiries from interested prospects to support the sales pipeline.

• Product Interaction: Conduct live demonstrations or guide guests through interactive displays to showcase product utility.

• Maintain Stand Aesthetics: Ensure the exhibition booth or promotional area remains clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event.

• Distribute Collateral: Hand out brochures, samples, or promotional gifts while explaining their relevance to the target audience.

• Reporting: Document visitor feedback and daily interaction counts to help the agency measure event ROI.

Requirements

• Linguistic Versatility: Communicate fluently in both English and Arabic to cater to a diverse international and local demographic.

• High Impact Presentation: Maintain a highly presentable and professional appearance, acting as the “face” of the brand.

• Dynamic Interpersonal Skills: Build immediate rapport with strangers and navigate high-traffic social environments with ease.

• Sales Aptitude: Apply at least one year of sales experience to handle objections and close interactions effectively.

• Logistical Coordination: Must have all legal documentation (Passport, Visa, Emirates ID) ready in the specific JPEG formats required for event security clearance.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to food handling and safety standards if the event involves consumable products, supported by your ADFCA certificate.

Qualifications

• Age Profile: Between 18 and 35 years old (Male or Female).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or event-based roles.

• Visa Status: Must be on a valid Resident Visa or Freelance Visa (Self-sponsored/Family).

• Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid certificate from the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA).
