Job Description: Brand Growth Digital Marketer | Social & SEO
Al Amani Human Resources Consultancy, acting on behalf of a reputable firm in the UAE, is urgently hiring a Brand Growth Digital Marketer. This role is a hybrid of creative social strategy and technical performance marketing, designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between “brand storytelling” and “data-driven growth.”
In this position, you will be responsible for building a cohesive digital identity. You will not only manage the “top of the funnel” through engaging social media campaigns but also ensure sustainable organic growth through technical SEO and high-intent PPC advertising. We are looking for a marketer who understands that a brand is only as strong as its visibility and who can use web traffic metrics to pivot strategies in real-time.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media roadmaps to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement across major platforms.

SEO & PPC Integration: Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings, while managing paid search (PPC) campaigns to drive immediate conversions.

Web Analytics: Monitor and report on web traffic metrics (sessions, bounce rates, conversion paths) to measure the ROI of digital marketing activities.

Lead Generation: Utilize digital tele-marketing and outreach techniques to nurture leads and support the broader sales pipeline.

Content Alignment: Ensure all digital copy and creative assets align with the brand voice and communication arts standards.

Growth Optimization: Continuously A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to lower the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Graduate degree specializing in Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or brand growth role.

Technical Skills: * Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) management.

Proficiency in social media management tools and web analytics (Google Analytics/GSC).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
