Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Deliver high-quality undergraduate or graduate lectures in Public Relations and Marketing, ensuring alignment with international academic standards.

• Curriculum Development: Actively participate in the review and enhancement of course materials to reflect the latest trends in digital PR and integrated marketing communications.

• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through diverse methodologies, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.

• Bilingual Education: Facilitate learning in both English and Arabic , allowing students to master the professional vocabulary required for regional and international markets.

• Academic Support: Maintain office hours and engage in departmental meetings to contribute to the university’s mission of “excellence in education.”

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: A Ph.D. in Public Relations, Marketing, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at an accredited university.

• Language Mastery: Exceptional communication skills in English are essential; the ability to provide bilingual instruction (English/Arabic) is highly preferred.

• Professional Stature: A strong record of academic research or senior-level industry experience in the PR/Marketing sector.

• Residency: Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid residency status.
