Job Description: Bell Services Assistant Manager
Atlantis Dubai , a world-renowned icon of luxury and hospitality, is seeking a high-caliber Bell Services Assistant Manager to join our Front Desk leadership team. This is a pivotal role in the “heart of the house, ” where you will be responsible for orchestrating the first and last impressions of guests from around the globe.
As a leader in one of the world’s most high-volume luxury resorts, you will go beyond traditional baggage handling. You will lead a large, diverse team of bellhops and valets, ensuring that the transition from the curb to the suite is seamless, personalized, and reflects the “Atlantis Standard. ” This role requires a master of logistics, a champion of guest satisfaction, and a mentor who can maintain elite service standards under the pressure of a 1,500+ room operation.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that the movement of luggage and guest transport is handled with clinical precision and “white-glove” care.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the Bell Services team, conducting daily briefings to ensure alignment with resort KPIs and service protocols.

Guest Experience Mastery: Act as a key point of contact for guest inquiries at the front desk, resolving any service discrepancies regarding arrivals or luggage logistics immediately and professionally.

Workflow Optimization: Manage the allocation of staff during peak check-in/check-out periods to minimize wait times and maximize the efficiency of the lobby flow.

Grooming & Standards: Ensure all team members adhere to the resort’s strict grooming and behavioral standards, reflecting the prestige of a five-star environment.

Safety & Security: Monitor the handling of high-value guest items and ensure all bell service operations comply with resort safety and security regulations.
Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: Proven leadership experience within a five-star hotel or luxury service environment is mandatory.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage large teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain morale in a fast-paced setting.

Personal Presentation: Must demonstrate exceptional groomingand a professional,commanding,yet hospitable demeanor.

Communication:Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage in the multicultural Atlantis environment.

Logistical Mindset:Ability to manage complex physical logistics (luggage flow,valet coordination,group arrivals) simultaneously.
