You will blend expert technical barista skills with a proactive retail mindset to drive sales and enrich the lives of our guests every day.

Your Impact at M&S

• Hospitality Excellence: Maintain “Ready to Trade” standards by ensuring visual displays are flawless and seating areas are pristine using “Clean As You Go” principles.

• The Art of the Sale: Use deep product knowledge (nutritional content, price points, and M&S “points of difference”) to upsell, offer tastings, and increase units per transaction.

• Technical Precision: Prepare all beverages and food items according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), focusing on presentation, quality, and speed.

• Operational Integrity: Manage stock replenishment, conduct bi-weekly inventory counts, and meticulously log waste to ensure 100% stock accuracy.

• Safety & Compliance: Execute Date Expired Food (DEF) checks and maintain cold chain/frozen temperature requirements to ensure a safe and legal environment.

Who You Are

You are a high-energy professional who thrives on your feet and loves interacting with a diverse public.

• Experience: 4–5 years in Food & Beverage (F&B) or high-end Retail.

• Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Skills: Strong verbal communication, F&B hygiene certification, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours.

• Mindset: Accountable, collaborative, and driven by sales targets and customer satisfaction.
