In this role, you aren’t just a server; you are a craftsperson. You will be responsible for delivering a sensory experience to every guest, ensuring that every espresso shot and steamed latte meets the high standards of Abu Dhabi’s burgeoning specialty coffee scene. Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve a full range of coffee beverages with precision, focusing on extraction quality and milk texturing.

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, and sharing your passion for coffee.

• Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain a spotless workstation and seating area, strictly adhering to local food safety and hygiene protocols.

• Operational Agility: Navigate a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training to refine your barista skills and stay updated on the latest beverage trends.

Who You Are

We are looking for team players who are eager to grow. The ideal candidate has:

• Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in a café or hospitality setting.

• Passion: A genuine love for the art of coffee making and a desire to deliver a “perfect cup” every time.

• Attitude: An enthusiastic, energetic personality with a commitment to high-quality customer service.

• Skillset: Basic barista knowledge is required; formal barista certification or advanced training is a significant advantage.
