Fujairah Talent Search is recruiting an elite Newborn Care Specialist (Babysitter) for a high-profile placement in Fujairah . This role is designed for a medical or childcare professional who specializes in the critical “fourth trimester,” providing round-the-clock care that ensures the infant’s health, safety, and developmental success.

As a specialist in this household, you are not just a babysitter; you are a primary health observer and a mentor to the parents. You will be responsible for the sophisticated management of feeding rhythms and sleep cycles, all while maintaining the absolute discretion required for VVIP environments. Key Responsibilities

• 24/7 Infant Care: Provide comprehensive, round-the-clock monitoring and care for the newborn.

• Routine Architecture: Establish and maintain scientific schedules for feeding, sleeping, and age-appropriate developmental activities.

• Health Surveillance: Monitor vital signs, skin health, and behavioral cues, keeping detailed records for parents and pediatricians.

• Parental Coaching: Educate and guide parents on newborn care best practices, including safe sleep, feeding techniques, and hygiene.

• Safety Mastery: Implement and maintain the highest standards of infant safety and emergency preparedness.

• Hygiene Management: Ensure the sterilization of all feeding equipment and maintain a pristine nursery environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years specifically as a Newborn Care Specialist . Experience with VVIP clients is highly regarded.

• Education: Formal diploma in Childcare, Early Childhood Development, Nursing, or Midwifery is a significant advantage.

• Certifications: * Infant CPR & First Aid (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

  • Specialized Newborn Care certifications are beneficial.

• Legal: National Police Clearance is mandatory.

• Attributes: Exceptional patience, empathy, and professional discretion.

• Availability: Immediate joiners currently in the UAE are prioritized.
