Job Description: B2B Fragrance Growth & Strategy Leader
Identiscents, a premier force in the fragrance manufacturing sector, is seeking a visionary B2B Fragrance Growth & Strategy Leader (Head of Fragrance). In the heart of the UAE’s thriving olfactory market, this role serves as the bridge between scientific precision and commercial expansion. You will be responsible for defining the olfactory direction of the brand, leading the development of high-tier fragrance solutions, and driving the B2B strategy to capture market share across the region.
As the Head of Fragrance, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from raw material sourcing and chemistry-led formulation to high-level B2B sales strategy. We are looking for an industry titan who possesses the sensory expertise of a perfumer and the business acumen of a seasoned executive. If you have a deep background in fragrance chemistry and a proven record of scaling B2B fragrance brands, Identiscents offers the platform to shape the future of scent in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year B2B growth strategy to expand the company’s footprint in the regional and international fragrance markets.

Creative & Scientific Leadership: Oversee the R&D department to ensure all premium fragrance solutions meet international standards and consumer trends while adhering to strict chemical safety protocols.

Commercial Insight: Identify emerging market trends and translate them into commercially viable fragrance profiles for diverse B2B clients (Retail, Hospitality, and Personal Care).

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical and strategic consultant for key B2B partners, providing expert advice on fragrance stability, longevity, and brand alignment.

Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing team of chemists, evaluators, and sales professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Budgetary Oversight: Manage the fragrance division’s P&L, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of raw materials without compromising the quality of the “Identiscents” signature.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related Applied Science field is mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience specifically within the fragrance industry.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of fragrance raw materials, GC-MS analysis, and the chemical interactions involved in scent stabilization.

Leadership: Proven ability to drive business growth and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of IFRA standards and UAE/GCC regulatory requirements for fragrance products.

Communication: Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
