Your Technical & Career Mission

Engineering Support & Design

• Technical Foundations: Perform survey work, standard engineering computations, and basic design tasks for automation systems.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, ensuring every deliverable meets ABB’s rigorous quality and safety standards.

• Data Synthesis: Showcase your analytical skills by collecting and processing the field data required to produce high-level engineering designs.

Collaboration & Project Lifecycle

• Stakeholder Synergy: Act as a technical point of contact for customers, contractors, and suppliers, resolving basic technical issues within your scope.

• Commissioning Support: Coordinate with the Commissioning and Service functions to ensure designs are installed correctly and function perfectly in a live environment.

• Post-Project Continuity: Update engineering deliverables and “as-built” documentation following successful installation and commissioning.

Strategic Growth

• Workshops & Training: Participate in specialized workshops focused on the latest engineering tools, design processes, and cybersecurity policies.

• Operational Excellence: Complete tasks cost-effectively, ensuring that projects remain within budget while adhering to contract specifications.

What You Bring to ABB

• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation preferred).

• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience; we are looking for high-potential graduates eager to learn.

• Language Mastery: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for communicating with local customers and our global internal teams.

• Technical Curiosity: A basic understanding of Automation systems and a passion for solving complex industrial problems.

• Soft Skills: A collaborative “team player” mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills.
