Key Responsibilities

  • Service Orchestration: Lead the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring seamless service flow and impeccable table-side etiquette.

  • Guest Experience Mastery: Act as the face of the restaurant, cultivating relationships with VIP guests and anticipating needs to ensure an “extraordinary” experience.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and inspire the front-of-house team, conducting daily briefings to maintain service standards and product knowledge.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of global F&B trends to contribute to menu innovation and beverage program enhancements.

  • Operational Control: Assist in managing inventory, labor costs, and scheduling to ensure the restaurant meets its financial and productivity KPIs.

  • Quality Assurance: Meticulously oversee the restaurant’s aesthetic, cleanliness, and ambiance, ensuring it aligns with the Dorchester Collection’s “Masterpiece” brand identity.


Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven leadership experience in a five-star hotel or ultra-luxury standalone restaurant environment.

  • Certifications: Must possess relevant food safety and hospitality certifications (eg, PIC, WSET Level 2/3 is an advantage).

  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.

  • Attributes: Deeply detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and genuinely passionate about the culinary arts.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced luxury environment while maintaining a calm and composed presence.
