Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Work directly under the supervision of Registered Nurses to conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.

• Treatment Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and assist with specialized medical treatments as directed.

• Procedural Readiness: Prepare patients for examinations, assist in minor procedures, and maintain a sterile and comfortable environment.

• Technical Assistance: Perform essential clinical tasks including blood and urine sample collection, wound dressing, and continuous vital sign monitoring.

• Patient Advocacy & Education: Act as a source of emotional support for families and provide clear guidance on self-care and follow-up treatment plans.

• Administrative Diligence: Ensure all patient records are meticulously updated and that the OPD unit remains organized and fully stocked for daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid nursing license or registration (DOH/MOH/DHA eligibility).

• Certification: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
