Key Leadership & Teaching Pillars

1. Academic Excellence & Pedagogy

• Curriculum Delivery: Lead by example in delivering a rigorous English curriculum tailored to various age groups and abilities.

• Data-Driven Instruction: Use granular assessment data to set challenging targets, monitor DSIB (Dubai School Inspection Bureau) readiness, and inform the Board of Governors on progress.

• Differentiated Learning: Evaluate and deploy distinctive teaching approaches for Students of Determination (SEND), EAL learners, and high-achievers.

• Literacy Advocacy: Promote elite standards of spoken and written English across the entire school community.

2. Mentorship & Team Collaboration

• Staff Development: Contribute to the selection, induction, and professional appraisal of new and existing teachers.

• Coaching: Shared development of effective practices, ensuring support staff are effectively deployed to maximize learning outcomes.

• Departmental Review: Take a proactive role in the management of pastoral functions and curriculum evolution.

3. Environment & Safeguarding
