Are you a precision-driven professional with a dual expertise in architectural design and land surveying? A prominent engineering firm, via Hirelebanese , is urgently seeking an Architect / Land Surveyor with specialized experience in Roads and Infrastructure to join their Abu Dhabi team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and ground-level reality. You will be responsible for ensuring that road layouts, site elevations, and architectural boundaries are executed with pinpoint accuracy. This position requires a “field-to-office” mindset—equally comfortable operating high-end surveying equipment on-site and finalizing technical drawings in the studio.

Core Responsibilities

• Topographical Surveying: Conduct precise land surveys for road networks and infrastructure projects, utilizing Total Stations and GPS equipment.

• Alignment & Grading: Establish and verify road centerlines, cross-sections, and grading elevations to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

• Architectural Integration: Develop site plans and architectural layouts that respect the physical topography and existing utility corridors.

• Technical Documentation: Translate survey data into detailed CAD drawings and topographical maps for project stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical site engineers to resolve layout discrepancies and ensure interdisciplinary alignment.

• Quality Assurance: Verify that all site work adheres to Abu Dhabi municipality standards and project-specific architectural requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Surveying Engineering.

• Industry Focus: Proven experience specifically in Roads, Highways, or Infrastructure projects.

• Technical Skills: * Mastery of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

  • Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, and Leveling instruments .

  • Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering blueprints.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE road standards and municipal survey protocols.

• Language: Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
