Key Responsibilities

• Pedagogical Support: Assist the lead Arabic teacher in executing creative and effective classroom activities that align with the British curriculum.

• Targeted Intervention: Lead small intervention groups and provide one-to-one support to ensure no child is left behind in their language development.

• Environment Curation: Help design and maintain “enabling” learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, that spark curiosity and respond to student interests.

• Values ​​Representation: Serve as a role model for the HES Values ​​in every interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Safeguarding Excellence: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to child protection and safeguarding policies at all times.

• Professional Proactivity: Engage fully in the life of the school, including professional development workshops and collaborative planning sessions.

The Successful Candidate

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is required; A specialization in Arabic or Islamic Studies is highly advantageous.

• Experience: Mandatory experience working with children, preferably within a primary school or early years setting.

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Disposition: An enthusiastic, imaginative, and energetic professional with a patient and nurturing approach to early childhood education.
