MILLENNIUM FASHIONS INDUSTRIES LTD, a dynamic garment manufacturing leader in Sharjah, is urgently seeking detail-oriented Apparel Quality Controllers (QC). As a critical gatekeeper of our production standards, you will ensure that every garment leaving our facility reflects the craftsmanship and quality our clients expect.

In this role, you will be stationed at the heart of the manufacturing floor, overseeing the journey of a garment from a raw fabric piece to a finished, retail-ready product. We are looking for technical experts who can spot a skipped stitch from across the room and ensure that every measurement aligns perfectly with international size specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Rigorous Inspection: Conduct comprehensive In-line and Final inspections of garments to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

• Measurement Verification: Precisely check garment dimensions against provided size specification sheets to ensure fit accuracy.

• Defect Identification: Systematically identify fabric faults, stitching irregularities, shade variations, and finishing issues.

• Finishing Oversight: Inspect labeling, tagging, folding, and packing to ensure the final presentation meets brand standards.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with the production and finishing supervisors to implement immediate corrective actions when defects are found.

• Quality Documentation: Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare daily quality reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a garment manufacturing environment (QC role).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment construction, AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards, and stitching techniques.

• Operational Skills: Experience handling bulk production volumes under tight deadlines.

• Attributes: Exceptional eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.

• Availability: Immediate joiners currently in the UAE are highly preferred.
