Almada , a leader in premium architectural solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Aluminum & Glass Technician specializing in Bioclimatic Systems . This is not a standard glazing role; We are looking for a precision-oriented technician who understands the intersection of structural aluminum, high-end glass, and automated outdoor technology.

As our Bioclimatic Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of sophisticated pergola systems and automated glass walls. You will transform complex shop drawings into functional luxury outdoor spaces, ensuring that every rotating louver and motorized guillotine glass panel operates with Swiss-watch precision. If you have a deep technical understanding of weather-sealing, motorized components, and laser-accurate fitting, Almada offers a platform to showcase your expertise on high-profile projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced System Assembly: Execute the full installation of bioclimatic pergolas, including the integration of motor housings, internal gutter systems, and the calibration of rotating louver blades.

• Precision Glazing: Install sliding, folding, and “guillotine” glass systems, maintaining a rigorous focus on weather-stripping and air-tight seals to withstand UAE environmental conditions.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with motorized components, including remote control synchronization and the calibration of smart rain and wind sensors.

• Surveying & Leveling: Conduct pre-installation site surveys using laser levels to ensure structures are perfectly flush, even when dealing with uneven architectural surfaces.

• On-Site Fabrication: Perform precise cutting and modification of aluminum profiles and gaskets to bridge unforeseen architectural gaps without compromising design integrity.

• Waterproofing Excellence: Apply high-quality structural silicone and verify that all internal drainage channels are functional to ensure 100% water tightness.

• Safety & Rigging: Adhere to UAE site safety standards, specifically regarding the handling of heavy glass panels and operating power tools at heights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of specialized experience in the UAE aluminum and glass sector. Experience with premium brands (eg, Renson, LouverLux, or Technal ) is highly preferred.

• Technical Literacy: Mastery in reading and interpreting complex Shop Drawings and Section Details independently.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Expert-level proficiency with miter saws, specialized drills, and laser leveling equipment.

• Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to identify “out-of-square” site conditions and perform real-time adjustments to aluminum framing.

• Physical Resilience: Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain high performance during outdoor installations in Sharjah’s climate.
