Job Description: AI/ML Engineer (3-Month Project)

This role is designed for seasoned professionals who can hit the ground running. You will be tasked with architecting and optimizing machine learning solutions that meet the rigorous operational and ethical standards of a top-tier Abu Dhabi organization. With a requirement for 10 years of experience in Data Science and ML, this position is perfect for leaders who can provide strategic advisory while remaining hands-on with model deployment and MLOps pipelines.

Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Advanced Model Engineering

• Predictive Excellence: Develop, tune, and optimize complex predictive models and machine learning algorithms (SVM, Decision Forests, kNN) to solve real-world industrial challenges.

• Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee the cleansing, processing, and validation of massive structured and unstructured datasets to ensure model integrity and performance.

• Synthetic Data Generation: Utilize advanced techniques to generate high-fidelity synthetic data for model training in data-scarce or privacy-sensitive environments.

Strategic Advisory & Ethics

• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering and executive leadership to prototype and design scalable AI architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Policy & Strategy: Offer high-level strategic advice on AI technology roadmaps and corporate policies, ensuring all solutions uphold the highest global ethical standards.

• Ethics & Transparency: Analyze AI solutions for bias and explainability, ensuring that “black box” models are translated into actionable, transparent business logic.

MLOps & Deployment

• Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage models in production-grade environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• NLP & Automation: Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks to enhance human-machine interaction and automate complex document analysis workflows.

What You Bring to the Project

• Senior Expertise: 10+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Management.

• Applied AI: At least 2 years of experience specifically applying AI to real-world, production-ready technology solutions.

• Mathematical Foundation: Strong command of Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Statistics.

• Programming Mastery: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, along with deep familiarity with statistical techniques.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
