In this role, you will move beyond simple scripts to architect high-performance, intelligent automations. You will be responsible for building the connective tissue between disparate enterprise systems using n8n , while simultaneously designing and deploying AI-powered agents that can think, reason, and act across multiple digital channels. Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Workflow Orchestration with n8n

• Advanced Automation: Develop, test, and implement complex workflows in n8n to automate repetitive business processes and data synchronization.

• API Integration: Connect internal databases, CRM systems, and third-party SaaS tools through custom webhooks and REST API nodes.

• Error Handling & Resilience: Design “self-healing” workflows with robust error-catching logic to ensure 24/7 operational stability.

AI Agent Design & Implementation

• Agentic Logic: Build AI agents that don’t just follow rules but utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to handle unstructured data and complex user requests.

• Multi-Channel Deployment: Integrate these agents across various platforms—including web portals, mobile apps, and internal communication tools—to drive innovation and user engagement.

• Custom Tooling: Develop “tools” (custom code or API calls) that your AI agents can call upon to perform real-world actions like database queries or document generation.

Innovation & Optimization

• Process Discovery: Collaborate with business units to identify manual bottlenecks and propose high-impact AI/Automation solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor workflow performance and model accuracy, iterating on prompts and logic to enhance system efficiency over time.

What You Bring to beBeeAutomation

• Automation Expertise: Proven experience building production-level workflows using n8n (or similar tools like Zapier/Make, with a preference for n8n’s node-based logic).

• AI/ML Skills: Hands-on experience with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph .

• Technical Foundation: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python (often required for custom functions within n8n nodes).

• Data Fluency: Strong understanding of JSON, SQL, and web protocols (HTTP, OAuth).

• Problem Solving: A “systems-thinking” mindset with the ability to map out complex business processes visually and technically.
