In this role, you won’t just be “using” AI; you will be architecting Agentic Workflows. You will be responsible for building the invisible infrastructure that allows busy leaders to scale themselves. Your toolkit will include cutting-edge agent frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI, which you will use to create autonomous assistants capable of managing research, CRM updates, and content generation. Your Technical & Automation Mission

Agentic Framework Architecture

• Autonomous Agents: Design and implement multi-agent systems using CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain where different AI “roles” collaborate to complete complex business objectives.

• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Develop sophisticated prompt templates and “chain-of-thought” reasoning paths to ensure AI assistants provide high-fidelity, context-aware outputs.

• Process Tracking: Build custom dashboards to monitor the performance of your agents, ensuring they are operating efficiently and meeting KPI targets for the executive team.

System Integration & Orchestration

• No-Code/Low-Code Connectivity: Link your AI models to the real world using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier, creating triggers that move data seamlessly between platforms.

• The Productivity Stack: Integrate AI-driven tools with core business systems like HubSpot (CRM), Notion (Knowledge Base), and Google Drive, ensuring a “single source of truth” for the client.

• API Development: Handle custom API integrations to bridge gaps between niche business software and your AI agents.

Strategic Implementation

• Consultative Iteration: Collaborate directly with consultants to refine workflows based on real-time feedback from high-net-worth entrepreneurs.

• Technical Documentation: Provide clear “Owner’s Manuals” for the solutions you deploy, ensuring the client understands how to interact with their new digital workforce.

What You Bring to Twine

• Agent Expertise: Proven experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI. You should understand how to manage agent “memory” and tool-calling.

• Automation Mastery: Strong working knowledge of Make (Integromat), n8n, or Zapier.

• Integration Skills: Experience with REST APIs, JSON handling, and prompt engineering best practices.

• Productivity Fluency: Deep familiarity with the modern “Executive Stack” (HubSpot, Notion, CRMs).
