Your Technical & Strategic Mission

AI Strategy & Architectural Design

• Business Growth Engines: Design and develop comprehensive AI roadmaps that leverage predictive and generative models to drive revenue and streamline operations.

• Trend Synthesis: Stay at the absolute cutting edge of the AI landscape (LLMs, Agentic workflows, MLOps), identifying which “hype” has real-world utility for Halian’s diverse client base.

• Solution Architecture: Oversee the selection of the right tech stacks (Python, Cloud AI, Vector Databases) to ensure projects are scalable and secure.

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers, ensuring that technical delivery stays aligned with customer needs.

• Hands-on Mentorship: Provide technical guidance on model selection, data engineering pipelines, and validation frameworks to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Project Governance: Manage timelines and resources for high-impact AI initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Executive Communication

• Effective Storytelling: Translate complex algorithmic results into clear, persuasive oral presentations and written reports for non-technical stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and demonstrating the ROI of AI investments.

What You Bring to Halian

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of intensive experience in AI and Machine Learning.

• Leadership: A demonstrated track record of leading both AI projects and multidisciplinary teams.

• Subject Matter Expertise: A strong, contemporary understanding of AI trends, including GenAI, RAG architectures, and predictive modeling.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills—the ability to be as comfortable in a Jupyter Notebook as you are in a boardroom.
