You will move beyond simple model development to oversee the entire lifecycle of cutting-edge AI systems—from conceptualizing “0 to 1” prototypes to deploying production-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing digital ecosystems. Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Advanced AI Design & Deployment

• Cutting-Edge Modeling: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of advanced deep learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch .

• Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Lead end-to-end project execution, including data strategy, model architecture, testing, and real-world deployment in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic industrial landscape.

• Agentic & Generative Innovation: Drive the exploration of Generative AI and autonomous agents to automate complex workflows and enhance decision-making.

Technical Leadership & Vision

• Project Governance: Act as the lead authority on AI projects, managing timelines, technical risks, and resource allocation to ensure excellence.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and UI/UX designers to translate vague product ideas into high-performance digital tools.

• Technical Mentorship: Upskill and guide junior AI developers, enforcing high standards for code quality and algorithmic transparency.

Digital Transformation in the UAE

• Sector-Specific Impact: Adapt AI solutions for key UAE industries, including Healthcare, Government Services, Finance, and Energy.

What You Bring to beBeeai

• Deep Expertise: A strong foundation in TensorFlow and PyTorch , with a track record of deploying complex AI/ML models in production.

• Proven Leadership: Experience in leading technical teams or managing high-impact AI/Digital transformation projects.

• Educational Excellence: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Math, or a related STEM field.
