In this role, you will be the “bridge” between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution. Unlike a traditional developer, you are responsible for the Product-System Lifecycle: ensuring that AI solutions aren’t just intelligent, but are also secure, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into the broader IT ecosystem. If you have 6+ years of experience and the ability to explain “Neural Orchestration” to a boardroom of non-technical stakeholders, this is your opportunity to lead high-priority digital transformations in the UAE.

Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Enterprise AI Architecture

• System Design: Architect the blueprint for AI products, ensuring they meet rigorous business requirements while maintaining technical integrity.

• Scalability & Load: Design platforms capable of handling massive data throughput and high computational demands as user bases grow.

• Cloud Strategy: Leverage cloud computing platforms to optimize model hosting, storage, and processing costs.

Integration & Modernization

• Legacy Interoperability: Solve the “Compatibility Gap” by integrating modern AI modules with existing legacy enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

• Emerging Tech Stacks: Lead the adoption of new technologies, ensuring that AI solutions play well with the latest microservices and data lake architectures.

• Reliability & Security: Establish disaster recovery protocols, performance benchmarks, and end-to-end encryption to protect sensitive AI assets.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Data Scientists and Business Analysts to ensure the AI roadmap aligns with the organization’s 2026 growth targets.

• Technical Advocacy: Act as a consultant to non-technical leaders, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to Halian

• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and large-scale system architecture.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations.

• Cloud Mastery: Deep familiarity with cloud computing platforms; certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly preferred.

• The Toolkit: Strong understanding of integration methodologies, MLOps, and organizational change management within IT.
