Your Technical & Strategic Mission

High-Stakes Product Development

• Feature Architecture: Design and build new capabilities for our core products (Teach Tap, Teach Tales, Time Back, and Athena) with an emphasis on scalability and resilience.

• Technical Trajectory: Make high-stakes technical choices that directly influence user experiences and the product’s long-term expansion.

• Requirement Engineering: Partner with product teams to translate broad strategic goals into concrete technical designs and synchronized feature sets.

Operational Excellence & Reliability

• Scalable Systems: Advance the technical maturity of SaaS offerings, ensuring they remain maintainable and robust as the user base grows.

• Proactive Maintenance: Oversee product reliability and performance, detecting and addressing potential bottlenecks before they impact students.

• Quality Benchmarks: Address intricate challenges while upholding rigorous quality standards, ensuring a seamless and magical learning experience.

Candidate Requirements

• SaaS Foundation: At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products (not outsourcing or internal IT).

• Strategic Leadership: At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor driving strategic decisions for a SaaS product.

• Full-Stack Mastery: At least 1 year of full-stack development experience (frontend and backend features).

• AI-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience using Generative AI in your day-to-day development work.
