Your Technical & Sovereign Mission

Deploying Frontier Intelligence

• Real-World Automation: Design and deploy advanced LLM architectures and Agentic frameworks to automate manual, high-stakes processes in sectors like energy, healthcare, and government.

   

• Research-to-Reality: Act as the “last mile” for AI, turning the latest breakthroughs in reasoning and multimodal models into practical, scalable solutions for various nation-states.

   

• Scaling Impact: Build and maintain the robust data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure required to serve millions of citizens and thousands of industrial assets.

   

Multidisciplinary Engineering

• Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize models for specific domain tasks, balancing high-accuracy “reasoning” with the low-latency requirements of production environments.

   

• Monitoring & Maintenance: Own the full lifecycle of your models, ensuring they remain reliable and secure while operating within the sensitive data frameworks of global institutions.

   

• Versatile Ownership: At Brain Co., we “wear many hats.” You will act as a software engineer, product manager, and technical consultant, often interacting directly with high-level government officials to understand their core challenges.

   

What You Bring to Brain Co.

• Academic Foundation: MSc or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or Data Science (BSc with exceptional experience considered).

   

• Applied Mastery: Deep experience building GenAI-focused applications (Agents, RAG, Reasoning models).

   

• Framework Proficiency: Hands-on implementation experience in PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.

   

• Engineering Rigor: A strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and the ability to write high-quality, production-ready code.
