At Visiontact, we operate at the intersection of Computer Vision, GIS (Geospatial Intelligence), and Predictive Analytics. In this role, you won’t just be training models in a vacuum; you will be building the intelligent engine that powers real-world automation systems. You will collaborate with GIS specialists to parse geospatial feeds and automation engineers to deploy models to the edge. Your Technical & Production Mission

Full-Spectrum Model Development

• Deep Learning & Computer Vision: Design, train, and optimize models using PyTorch and TensorFlow, with a specific focus on OpenCV for vision-based automation.

• NLP & Generative AI: Leverage Transformers and Hugging Face to build intelligent text-processing features, with opportunities to explore LLM fine-tuning and LangChain.

• Predictive Analytics: Translate structured and unstructured data into scalable models that forecast trends and optimize business logic.

Engineering & MLOps Excellence

• Production Deployment: Wrap your models in high-performance FastAPI microservices and containerize them using Docker for deployment on Kubernetes or AWS SageMaker.

• Automated Pipelines: Implement MLOps practices to ensure model validation and retraining are seamless and reproducible using tools like MLflow.

• Data Synthesis: Manage complex data handling using Pandas and SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring your ETL processes are robust enough for production-grade systems.

Strategic Collaboration

• Multidisciplinary Impact: Work with GIS specialists and business strategists to define problem statements and success metrics for high-impact AI roadmaps.

• Insight Visualization: Communicate complex model performance through interactive dashboards using Plotly, Dash, or Seaborn.

What You Bring to Visiontact

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of applied experience in AI/ML model development.

• Core Stack: Mastery of Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV.

• Deployment Skills: Hands-on experience with Docker, FastAPI, and cloud AI platforms (AWS).

• AI Innovation: Familiarity with Hugging Face, Vector Databases (Pinecone/FAISS), and the evolving GenAI landscape.

• Evidence of Excellence: A proven GitHub repository or portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end ML projects (Required).

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
