Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Model Design & Neural Engineering

• Algorithm Innovation: Research and develop state-of-the-art algorithms to tackle complex sector-specific challenges.

• Neural Networks: Design, implement, and train deep learning architectures and pattern recognition models.

• Predictive Modeling: Build robust predictive systems that provide actionable insights and drive business growth.

Data Intelligence & Pipeline Optimization

• Big Data Analysis: Process and analyze massive, complex datasets to uncover hidden patterns and drive data-driven decision-making.

• MLOps Excellence: Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines to ensure seamless transition from training to production.

• Performance Tuning: Continuously refine models to ensure high accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in live environments.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Synergy

• Unified Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into broader enterprise solutions.

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a technical expert to help Almorix partners in Banking and Healthcare achieve their digital transformation goals.

What You Bring to Almorix

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science , or a related STEM field.

• Core Competencies: A mastery of Computer Science fundamentals, Algorithms, and Statistics .

• Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python or R and deep familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn .

• Cloud Knowledge: (Advantage) Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .

• Sector Expertise: (Plus) Previous experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Retail sectors.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, innovative mindset.
