Your Learning & Development Mission

Applied AI & Prototyping

• Application Development: Contribute to the design and coding of internal AI tools, focusing on applied use cases like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Document Intelligence.

• Component Integration: Assist in the seamless integration of AI models into existing internal systems to drive automation and efficiency.

• Intelligent Dashboards: Enhance user-facing components by developing responsive web-based interfaces and data visualization dashboards.

Enterprise Exposure & Collaboration

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior engineers to translate business needs into technical prototypes.

• Best Practices: Learn to document code, AI models, and user features to enterprise standards, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

What You Bring to InterSystems

• Education: A recently completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science , or a related STEM field.

• Core Coding: Foundational experience in Python and/or JavaScript .

• Web Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks, along with an understanding of REST APIs .

• AI Curiosity: A solid understanding of basic AI concepts and a hunger to learn about Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
