Your Technical & Leadership Mission

Full-Stack Architecture & AI Integration

• Scalable Development: Lead the design and delivery of high-performance applications using React for intuitive frontends and Python for sophisticated backends.

• AI & RAG Innovation: Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, ensuring our AI solutions are grounded in verified engineering data and provide actionable insights.

• Security-First Engineering: Enforce rigorous security protocols and identity management standards, ensuring all applications meet global enterprise compliance requirements.

Azure Cloud & Infrastructure

• Cloud-Native Solutions: Drive the implementation of cloud engineering best practices on Microsoft Azure , utilizing App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure OpenAI Service.

• DevOps Excellence: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) to ensure a steady, reliable flow of features from development to production.

• Infrastructure as Code: Oversee the management of cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency, scalability, and disaster recovery.

Team Leadership & Project Delivery

• Technical Mentorship: Lead, coach, and upskill a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and engineering rigor.

• Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate complex business needs into a technical roadmap that drives engineering excellence.

• Standard Setting: Define and enforce high standards for code quality, documentation, and peer reviews.
