Job Description: AI Developer (NLP & Agentic AI)

Dicetek is a global IT powerhouse that serves as a key implementation partner for the UAE’s most prestigious organizations in Banking, Government, and Energy. In this role, you will be the lead architect of the “Next-Gen” enterprise. You won’t just be fine-tuning models; you will be building autonomous systems that can reason, use tools, and execute multi-step workflows. Your Technical & Strategic Mission

End-to-End AI Orchestration & MLOps

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Design and build comprehensive AI solutions, managing everything from automated data ingestion (ETL) to model training, deployment, and real-time monitoring.

• MLOps Integration: Utilize containerization ( Docker ) and orchestration ( Kubernetes/OpenShift ) to ensure seamless, scalable deployments across enterprise environments.

• Performance Engineering: Optimize high-stakes models using NVIDIA CUDA for GPU acceleration, ensuring low-latency inference for real-time applications.

LLM Innovation & Agentic AI

• Large Language Models: Leverage and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs to power advanced NLP applications, focusing on context-aware reasoning and factual accuracy.

• Agentic Systems: Research and develop autonomous AI agents capable of perceiving environmental states, planning complex actions, and interacting with external APIs to achieve specific business goals.

• Scalable NLP: Implement advanced natural language frameworks to handle diverse unstructured datasets from sectors like Banking (BFSI) and Oil & Gas.

Leadership & Communication

• Technical Articulation: Act as the bridge between complex AI research and business value, explaining autonomous systems and LLM architectures to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative Design: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are not only innovative but also maintainable, secure, and aligned with UAE regulatory standards.

What You Bring to Dicetek

• Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML development or Data Science, with a deep portfolio of production-ready projects.

• Core Stack: Mastery of Python and its ecosystem ( NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch ).

• Engineering Foundation: Strong grasp of Data Engineering (ETL, pipelines) and infrastructure tools (Docker, K8s).

• AI Specialization: Proven experience with LLMs and a passionate interest in the frontier of Agentic AI .

• Analytical Edge: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on building systems that scale within large-scale enterprise architectures.
