From customer-facing AI assistants to deep-level data processing pipelines, your work will directly reduce manual overhead for global businesses.

Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Workflow Orchestration & Agentic AI

• End-to-End Design: Architect complex, multi-step automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make to streamline business operations.

• Intelligent Agents: Move beyond simple “if-this-then-that” logic by integrating LLMs (GPT-4, Claude) to create agents capable of reasoning, summarizing, and decision-making.

• API Synthesis: Connect disparate SaaS tools via REST APIs and Webhooks , ensuring seamless data liquidity across e-commerce, finance, and HR platforms.

Intelligent Assistants & NLP

• Chatbot Engineering: Build and fine-tune chatbots that don’t just follow scripts but use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand intent and context.

• Custom Training: Leverage frameworks like LangChain or Auto-GPT to give AI assistants access to specific company knowledge bases (RAG).

• Virtual Agents: Deploy specialized virtual agents for lead generation and automated customer support that feels personal and effective.

Optimization & Scaling

• Performance Tuning: Monitor and troubleshoot automated flows to ensure high availability and scalability as data volume increases.

• Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of the “AI explosion,” testing new tools and scripts (Python/JavaScript) to keep the automation stack cutting-edge.

What You Bring to the Bridge

• Automation Mastery: Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate .

• AI Literacy: Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and how to prompt them for structured, reliable outputs.

• Technical Foundation: Solid grasp of APIs, JSON, and webhooks . Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript is a significant advantage.

• Problem-Solving: The ability to look at a messy manual process and visualize a clean, automated solution.
